As the semester draws to a close, one would inevitably face the dreaded final exams or assessment. This however is also a time for us to reflect on what we have gained in our enjoyment of Christ and everything that the Lord has spoken to us.
For me, it is the matter of calling on the Lord. In Psalms 50:15, we see that we can “call in the day of trouble” and God will deliver us and we will glorify Him. In this verse I was enlightened to see that what we go through outwardly does not matter. What matters the most is that we would CALL in such times. Remember that our Lord is one who would calm the storm and rebuke the winds; don’t you think that He would come in and calm your winds in your stormy days? If we would call, we will go through that exam with Him and He will supply us with peace and grace at such times. So why not let this be your experience? Why not call on Him right now? He is there waiting for you to call!
